Calling all creatives! Planning permission has been submitted for Crail Creative Studios, a new workspace hub designed to support creative businesses, makers, professionals, remote workers and small enterprises in the East Neuk.

The proposed development is located at the former Garden Centre site on St Andrews Road, Crail, adjacent to the proposed new Co-op food store development.

As the project progresses, the developer seeks feedback from potential occupiers to help determine …

• the most appropriate mix of studio sizes
• facilities
• services within the development

Studios are anticipated to range from approximately 20m² upwards, depending on demand and occupier requirements.

Your responses will help ensure the studios meet the needs of local businesses and the wider creative community.
